The award wining and best Rapper in Ghana , Sarkodie released a song titled brag on 10th May, 2024 shading Nigerian Afrobeat artists Davido, Wizkid ans Asake.

Sarkodie set out to talk about where he came from and where he is now in his career in “Brag”.
There was some statements that he made in the song about Davido and Wizkid which the Nigerian artist found rude.
“Wizkid came i was already doing it, Davido came when i was improving it”-Sarkodie states
This statement got to Davido and he tweeted on X “Dremo”. He tweeted this for Dremo to reply Sarkodie on his behalf.Sarkodie retweeed Davido tweet by saying “link please “.
In response to Sarkodie, Dremo also replied with a diss rap saying rude stuffs about Sarkodie and continued to say if Sarkodie doesn’t reply his diss then he’s a loser. Sarkodie replied to Dremo by saying “he has potential……. Few touches and he’s good to go”.
Few Ghanaian artists including medikal got furious by the things Dremo said and for that reason are backing Sarkodie by telling the Nigerian artist that afrobeat is Nigeria but rap is Ghana and then Dremo is a little boy for Sarkodie to reply him. Lyrical joe also replied Dremo in a beef song by saying Nigerian artists are afrobeat slay queens.
Nigerian artist can take anything from their Ghanaian brothers except rap music.I don’t think the Ghanaian rap landlord will reply Dremo’s dizz song with the kind of words he tweeted. “Few touches and he’s good to go” Truth be told,Dremo should be battling with Enobarony,Medikal,Kweku smoke,Strong man etc. Sarkodie is too heavy for him to hundle and as a matter of fact no Nigerian rapper matches him.
King Sarkodie has also announced to his loyal fans that he will be dropping a mixtape titled Championship for Sarknation on May 24th, 2024.
